Here at the Taranaki Retreat we fully embrace this model of health, identifying the four cournerstones that all need attention.

​When one (or more) of these areas is not being looked after, life can seem very hard or near on impossible sometimes. 
Alongside this we have the importance of whenua.  The connection with the land, others and the community around us.
