How was your Stay?
for coming to stay at The Retreat.
We'd love to hear from you about how it all went :) Filling in this little survey should only take a couple of minutes... and will help us to help future Guests.
Q1. If appropriate, please may we use your feedback (for example, via our Facebook page / website) - to encourage others to take the plunge and consider a stay - or when we try to secure Funding to keep the Retreat running? Completely your choice :) Your feedback is anonymous, so of course, it won't mention you :) Either way, your feedback will be collated with all other responses we receive, so that we can keep on learning.

Thank you, thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. We hope you know how much we valued the privilege of having you to stay.
We ask our Guests for their thoughts about the stay, because
is part of our healing model a quick quote from that :
Listening to and learning from the experience of guests and team members in the evaluation process following their stay is a vital element of the Retreat's healing model. This is true at every level : the ongoing development of the facility; the internal and clinical supervision of its care team and family; the shaping of the life of the Retreat by the understanding and valuing of each person and their experience; the wisdom and experience of agencies and professionals external to the Retreat - all of these will contribute to the growth of an environment established for healing, by the Retreat itself being self-healing.
Kia kaha, and stay in touch.
